1. About ISIPHO

ISIPHO specializes in high-quality, custom and personalized gifts, including laser-engraved, sublimated, and embroidered products. Due to the customized nature of our products, specific policies apply to order accuracy, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

2. Orders & Personalization

2.1 Customer Responsibility for Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are correct before placing an order.

  • Please carefully double-check all details before confirming your order.
  • ISIPHO will engrave or produce exactly what is submitted, with no edits or corrections.
  • This includes spelling, punctuation, symbols, spacing, and capitalisation.
  • If text is entered in ALL CAPS, it will be produced exactly in ALL CAPS.
  • ISIPHO will not be held liable for any errors submitted by the customer.

2.2 Changes to Orders

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, you must contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
  • Changes may only be possible before processing begins.
  • Once processing or production has started, no changes can be made under any circumstances.

2.3 Order Confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All personalization details are correct
  • You understand that ISIPHO will produce the item exactly as submitted
  • You accept that personalized items are non-returnable

3. Payment & Pricing

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, EFT, and other payment options available at checkout.

  • Full payment is required before any order is processed or produced.

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

4. Processing, Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
  • Processing time refers to production and preparation, not delivery time.

4.2 Shipping Options

Customers may select:

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

(Delivery timelines apply after processing is complete.)

4.3 Courier Responsibility

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, ISIPHO no longer has control over delivery timelines.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number and are responsible for monitoring delivery.
  • ISIPHO is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers.

4.4 Incorrect Address Information

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • ISIPHO is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

5.1 Custom Products

  • All personalized, engraved, embroidered, or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5.2 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to ISIPHO’s error:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photographic proof of:
    • The product
    • The issue
    • The packaging (where applicable)

Once verified, ISIPHO will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product layouts, images, branding, and content on www.isipho.store are the property of ISIPHO.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ISIPHO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy.

  • Customer information is only used for order processing, payment, and delivery purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order.

9. Changes to Terms

ISIPHO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
