ISIPHO Shipping Policy

At ISIPHO, we are committed to delivering your personalized, laser-engraved gifts as quickly and securely as possible. We partner with trusted third-party courier services to ship orders across South Africa. Below, you’ll find important details about our shipping process.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method:

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the courier company and do not include order processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before being handed over to the courier.


Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • This tracking number allows you to monitor the delivery status directly with the courier company of your choice.

Important: ISIPHO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier company, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Courier Responsibility & Customer Follow-Up

Once your package has been collected by the courier, ISIPHO has no control over delivery timelines or potential delays. If you experience any issues with your delivery, we recommend:

  1. Tracking your order using the tracking number provided.
  2. Contacting the courier company directly for any shipping-related concerns.
  3. If you require assistance with tracking information or need help reaching the courier, you can email us at sales@isipho.store—we’re happy to guide you, but we do not have the ability to expedite or modify deliveries once the order has left our premises.

Shipping Address & Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. ISIPHO is not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier company for resolution.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@isipho.store within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

International Shipping

At this time, ISIPHO primarily ships within South Africa. If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.
