At ISIPHO, we take pride in creating personalized, laser-engraved gifts that are uniquely crafted for each customer. Because all our products are custom-engraved and tailored to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been engraved. Please ensure that all details are correct before placing your order.
Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Before completing your purchase, you will be required to confirm that all details are correct. Your engraving will appear exactly as entered, including spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. ISIPHO is not responsible for errors made in the text provided by the customer.
If you do not want your engraving in all capital letters, please do not enter it in all caps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we cannot accept returns for custom-engraved products, we are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@isipho.store with:
- A clear photo of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will review the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Laser-engraved or personalized products
- Items with custom designs, names, or messages
- Sale items and gift cards
